After ordering the cases showed up quicker than I expected which was great. So far they have been the best accessory that I have bought. Installing them went easy and I didn't have any problems, all hardware was included. I'm really amazed at how much room is in each case.
Now the bad part, I had purchased the SH36 side cases with Titanium plates. The cases I received had the the carbon fiber plates. I tried calling Shad but they were already closed for the day, so I sent an email which was answered quickly. I was told the Titanium plates were back ordered and they would send the correct plates when they come in, at this time I still haven't received them. If I ever get the correct plates these cases will be a 5 star product.

Cases are good, but UPS did make a mess of the shipping carton, so there is a slight scratch on one of the cases.
