The product is a great match for my SH36 side cases and looks great on my bike (2014 V-Strom 1000). It is BIG. Much bigger than I envisioned. It looks odd perched on my bike if I don't have my side cases on.
The lock is really stiff and is hard to use but I am replacing it with the extra tumble that came with my SH36's so not worried about it. That way all my cases will be keyed the same.
I was disappointed a little bit in the order fulfillment process. It took a few weeks to arrive since they were waiting for delivery from Europe. I called after a week to check status and was told each time that they had just arrived and would ship in the next day. After not hearing anything for a little over a week I called and was told the same thing. I did end up getting a tracking number about 3-4 days after the last call. The responses I received may have been accurate but weren't concise enough for the customer service experience I was expecting.
Shipping was very fast. Quality product, easy installation . I did however email your company about purchasing a part that broke during installation and still have not received a follow up call or email response .

Order took over six weeks to arrive, but was exactly what I needed. The sales rep (Michael) responded quickly to every one of my email inquiries (several) and eventually I got what I needed. Pleased with the product, but would encourage the company to find ways to speed up delivery.
