What does my SHAD warranty cover?

SHAD products carry a limited 24-month warranty. We will fully stand behind our product and guarantee our product to be free of manufacture defects. If you have any issues with your newly purchased SHAD product, please contact info@shadusa.com to have a Return Authorization Number issued. 

SHAD will allow returns of product purchase, however unless there is a product defect, will charge a 15% restocking fee. The customer is liable for shipping charges back to SHAD USA offices.

Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

All warranty claims must be placed with the original seller.  We will only process direct warranty claims from SHAD USA direct orders and orders from closed US dealerships as long as a purchase receipt is provided.

Your SHAD warranty is still valid if you purchased through a third-party seller, but it must be requested to their supplier, for that reason you need to place the claim with your seller.
