 If you do not immediately see your mounting plate inside your SHAD Top Case, check on the bottom of your case. Various SHAD models have the include the universal plate already mounted to the bottom

What if I lose my keys, how can I get replacements?
 If you lose your keys you will need to replace your lock cylinder, spare keys are not sold separately. Lock cylinders can be ordered through your local dealer or online at
What is SHAD’s standard return policy? Are there any restocking fees?
 SHAD products may be returned for a refund provided the product is returned in brand new condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply and SHAD will not cover return shipping fees. If a product is received defective upon arrival please contact SHAD for a Return Authorization Number.
