SHAD offers a standard 24-month warranty on all SHAD products. This warranty is offered to the final consumer. In order to obtain warranty an original receipt of purchase must be presented and it must be determined that products have been used properly, in accordance to the mounting and use recommendations set forth by SHAD.
SHAD USA offers customers a 7-day period to confirm the product has been received in good condition. After this 7-day period SHAD will not be responsible for any warranty for damaged product nor will it accept any returns related to damage.
All warranty claims must be placed with the original seller. We will only process SHAD USA direct orders and orders from closed US dealerships as long as a purchase receipt is provided. We won't cover warranty claims caused by opening the boxes with cutters resulting in scratches in the products or further damages.
In order to process a return an RMA number must first be obtained from a SHAD Customer Service Team Member. Customers may contact our team by email firstname.lastname@example.org or SHAD USA general line 305.652.6366. Unless an order is mistakenly shipped by SHAD, any return must be shipped back to SHAD prepaid and packaged properly to avoid damage. Products must be returned in brand-new condition to be considered for a return. A 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition in which the product has been received. SHAD USA reserves the right to refuse returns at its own discretion.
