The 3P mount system for the Transalp is a quality well thought fitment. I have installed the 3P on other motorcycles and these are very versatile, stout and will give years of service. I daily commute, go weekend camping and on several day trips with very light improved off road. The 3P brackets allow you to quickly remove or install the cases when needing to do maintenance or swap out quickly, especially if you own either set of the 23, 35 and 36 side cases. I own the 23's and 36's. This allows me to quickly pack little or a lot depending on the type of trip I'm planning. Great quality product for the price. If looking for a tougher case for primarily rough off road, I'd recommend the 4P along with the Terra series hard or soft cases.
